Change or re-direct your delivery

If you need to change or redirect the delivery address of an online order, contact our customer services team straight away with full details of your order.

We will need the following information from you:

  • Your Ziera ID - this can be found on the last line of your order confirmation email.
  • Your order number - this can be found at the top of your order confirmation email.
  • Details of the correct address

Please note, your order may have already been packed and released for shipping.
