Unfortunately, a buyer has not been found yet for the whole of the business. The stores will be closing as soon as we sell all of the stock in our stores and warehouses.

We are still hopeful that another footwear business will take on the Ziera brand and technology. This means that, in the future, you may still be able to buy Ziera shoes.

On the plus side, there will continue to be some amazing bargains as we sell the remaining shoes.

It has been brought to our attention that there is a spoof website that has been set up to look very similar to our Ziera website. To check that you are shopping on the official Ziera Shoes website, ensure that the web address starts with "zierashoes.com". Read more

When the Administrators took control of the company on 24 September, they suspended the VIP points program for the duration of the Administration at that stage. Though you won't be able to earn or redeem points at the moment, they haven't been wiped. Check back here for any updates.

As of 24th September 2019, we made the difficult decision to place the business, in both Australia and New Zealand, into Voluntary Administration.

While this means that some terms have changed, we remain open as usual (click or tap to view the updated terms). You can continue to shop online and in-store with confidence.

We are launching a storewide promotion tomorrow, both in-store and online. All styles will be discounted, including even the latest Spring/Summer collection that has just landed! Most of the new season styles have now arrived, with more to come over the coming weeks. More specifics about the sale will be announced tomorrow.

We hope that you will take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy some great savings - every cloud has a silver lining.

Ziera has such a rich New Zealand history dating back to the 1940s and has since made its mark in Australia, opening its first store in Sydney’s Parramatta in the 1990s.

We are working tirelessly with the Administrators to continue to serve our customers, and are helping them explore a variety of options for the future of the brand and the company.
While this is a challenging period for our team, we remain positive for the future and will continue to dedicate ourselves to our wonderful customers.
