Returns and exchange policy

Our policy

Please choose your purchase carefully as we are unable to provide a refund should you change your mind.

We can exchange item/s originally purchased either in-store or online provided they are in an “as new” condition with all swing tags attached/original shoe box and a copy of the proof of purchase provided.

Exchanges must be of equal item quantity and value or more. i.e 1 x item at $49.99 can be exchanged for 1 x item only of the same value. Items must be exchanged within 5 working days of purchase.

Exchange process

To exchange your order for another pair of shoes (e.g. a different size, colour or width) please contact our customer service team

Defects or faults

If your new shoes are faulty, please contact us and return the shoes for inspection.
