We happily accept unworn shoes returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Purchases can be returned or exchanged for free by post for New Zealand and/or Australian customers, or at our New Zealand and Australia Ziera specialist stores.
Please return your unworn shoes in the original shoe box with your order's packing slip or carton content label, and a completed returns form. Once ready, contact us and we will provide a prepaid address label for you to use on your parcel.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed - we'll email you to confirm it has been done.
Please note that Afterpay, Laybuy and PayPal are independent payment companies and Ziera have no influence over their timing or decision-making processes. If you wish to make a return and want to be refunded, please check their specific refund policies and processes.
If we notice a pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right, e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them or ordering and returning frequently – more than even the most loyal Ziera customer would – then we may deactivate the online account and any associated accounts. If this does happen and you think we’ve made a mistake, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
