Shipping is $7 for all orders to New Zealand and Australian addresses.
Our online orders are sent using NZ Post or Courier Post. Once you complete your online order, you will be sent a confirmation email, followed by an order dispatch email with a link to track your order online.

We ship to New Zealand and Australia only.
Countries we don't ship to
We do not ship to destinations outside of New Zealand or Australia. Customers in Singapore, Thailand and some nearby countries can , The Shoe Co, for customers in this region.
Orders are usually sent within 1 business day.
We will send a confirmation email with your order number and parcel tracking information when your order is on its way - you can then track your parcel on the NZ Post website.
It will usually be with you within 3-10 business days after you receive the order dispatch email with the tracking number.
If your order doesn't arrive within these time frames, please contact us with your order number.
For Australian customers, your parcel does not require a signature to be delivered.
Alternatively, if you have/get a free MyPost account with Australia Post you can access services like 24/7 parcel lockers, parcel collect service, have it left in a safe place or get it redirected to a new location - refer to the Australia Post website for delivery options.
For New Zealand customers, your parcel will require a signature to be delivered.
If no one is available at your address to accept the delivery, you will receive a 'Card to Call', advising you that the parcel has been redirected to NZ Post/Courier Post premises. In that case, please contact them to rearrange delivery or when you can collect. If you have/get a free NZ Post online account you can also use their Parcel Leave service - this gives your permission for the parcel to be left for you even if you aren't there to receive it.
