Update contact preferences

Being part of the Ziera Customer Club means we can keep you up to date with all our latest product releases, special offers and competitions! If you wish to amend your contact preferences please follow the instructions below.

 

Update contact preferences

Within each marketing email we send, there are options available for you to be able to update your communication preferences.

  1. Simply open the latest email you have received and click on the "Update your email preferences" link at the bottom of your email, this will open a new tab on your default browser to access your Communication Preferences page.
  2. On this page you will find a list of the different type of emails we send and a tick box next to each.
  3. Tick or un-tick the options available.
  4. Once you are ready, click on the "Update Preferences" button.

This will submit your request, please allow 2 days for changes to take effect.

 

Unsubscribe from all emails

Similar to the instructions above, you can unsubscribe easily from all types of emails we send. Please note: this includes new product emails, competition alerts, special offers and bonus vouchers. To specifically pick and choose which emails you want to receive and which you do not, follow the Update Contact Preferences instructions above.

  1. Open the latest email you have received and click on "Unsubscribe me from future emails" link at the bottom of your email, this will open a new tab on your default browser to access your Communication Preferences page.
  2. Click on the "Unsubscribe me from future emails" button

This will submit your request, please allow 2 days for changes to take effect.

 

Update text message preferences

Similar to the instructions above, you can easily remove yourself from receiving promotional text alerts in future.

  1. Open the latest email you have received and click on either "Unsubscribe me from future emails" or "Update your email preferences link at the bottom of your email, this will open a new tab on your default browser to access your Communication Preferences page.
  2. Under TXT preferences, tick or un-tick to amend your preferences.
  3. Click on the "Update TXT preferences" button

This will submit your request, please allow 2 days for changes to take effect.
